 Finding the right home.

I will establish your 'needs', pay attention to your 'wants' and educate you about the market.  I'll use your criteria to select homes for you to consider, preview them if you wish, and arrange for you to view the seleced ones.

You will be informed of all the homes suitable for you as soon as they become available, whether it's a new MLS listing or an unlisted property which may come from my network of clients and contacts.  Contact me either through this website or my office and I will arrange for you to receive emails about suitable properties as soon as they hit the market.

Writing the offer.

Once you've selected the home, I will do a market analysis to show you what similar homes in the neighbourhood have recently sold for.  This establishes the market value of the home.  I will explain all the details involved in preparing an offer. Then, I will write the contract and use my 23 plus years of experience to negotiate the best possible price for you.

Every step of the way.

I can remommend a network of lenders, lawyers, home inspectors, trades people etc., all with proven track records, to assist you with the myriad of details involved.  All communication and document transfers between realtors, lenders and lawyers will be handled smoothly by me.

On Possession Day, I will walk through the home to ensure all is as it should be.  My top priority is to make your home buying experience pleasant, cost-efficient and successful
